Shipping policy

At Roohsha, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. We currently ship within India and have partnered with reliable logistics services to ensure your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

1. Order Dispatch

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
• In the rare case of delays, our team will reach out to you to inform you of the expected timeframe.

2. Order Delivery

• Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro Cities: 2–3 working days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days
• Please note: In rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• An email and SMS with your Tracking URL and AWB number
• You can use the link provided to live track your order status.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1500
• For orders below ₹1500, a flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across India with a cash-handling fee of ₹99
• The total payable amount (product + shipping + COD fee) will be mentioned during checkout
